So employer having insight in your personal freetime is just part of the deal?
Just take the win. I understand your frustration. It shouldn't even be a question, since just the free $120 would be fine... but maybe, just maybe, it's better this way than not at all.
Just hand everyone $200 extra and voila
Then I'd be at negative $80! No fair, why I always have to give everyone $200. MOOOMMMMMM!
It said $120 was only part of the budget, so I thought its probably $200 or something
Or $2,000,000.
There's really no way to know. Let's assume $2,000,000.
Probably a tax thing. The company has to process the receipts in a proper way and it can not be certain stuff else it can't be charged to the company's account legally. The alternative for them might be that they have to pay VAT and income taxes over it.
Will they see my pornhub subscription?!
They won’t stop you from choosing your own stress relief but they do kindly let you know that peoples activities, statistics measured in the apps might be used in the mandatory weekly ai generated highlights powerpoint
I mean its an optional purpose bound bonus not a raise...if it isnt used to deny raises I think its fine. Our company also pays parts of the public transportation abo and so know that I use public transportation
