I know, but without the MLS involved we're looking at decades until, hopefully, we have a competitive pro/rel league on a wider scale. MLS just completely killed what could have been with their business model. I know they almost died and that dude in Dallas saved the league, but the world is different now and pro/rel would be amazing.
I love USL soccer but am super butthurt there aren't any year round teams in Seattle although my USL W Rhodies are crushing it, so that's lovely.
I know it's a dead end conversation that goes in circles, but I just don't see how the game gets fixed in the US without pro/rel.
