I’ve had several women come into my apartment and make the exact same comments. Grown adults who are impressed by another adult just functioning are a red flag, regardless of gender.
The biggest green flag someone can throw is just insulting you I guess
That’s right, I hate waffles. I definitely said that.
People can not be interested / good at home decor and other basic things, lots of people just grew up never needing to learn them. Those are at most yellow flags meaning "if I have to live with this person I might have to teach them some stuff that should be obvious but that they've already expressed interest in."
