Worked with a guy whose tires were damn near that big. At least it felt that way parking next to him.

I had a drive of a lifted Jeep Wrangler with big tyres many years ago. It was crap. It wobbled sideways and was slow. 4 litre and slow. I think it had 32 inch tyres.
