Trawling to some really bizarre and stomach turning pages in the officially release 50th birthday book, I found this on page 154.
This looks like it is the submission from a person called Joel, presumably Joel Pashcow, a supposed long term resident at Mar-a-lago.
Joel M. Pashcow was associated with Atlantic Realty Trust as Chairman & President from 1996 to 2006. He was also a Director at Hi-Rise Recycling Systems of 1990, Inc. and National Realty Trust.
Pashcow served as an Independent Trustee at RPT Realty from 1982 to 2019.
Additionally, he was a Managing Member at Nassau Capital LLC. (Market Screener)
It appears to suggest a male handing baloons and a lolipop to very young or underage girls in 1983, and the same male 20 years later in 2003 getting massaged by 4 young women at a beach possibly on the island with a jet with call sign 908JE, pointing to the [N908JE]https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/N908JE) that was owned by JEGE Inc, Epstein's company that owned the jet.
Not sure if Joel is drawing Epstein or Clinton here, but with the "what a great country" I'm leaning towards Clinton.

Seems like the next step of the plan though: if they can't bury the Epstein-Trump connection, at least start building up the foundation for dilution of guilt with a hard push on the Clinton angle. Doesn't mean OP is in some Moscow basement doing Daddy Vladdy's bidding, could just have been bombarded with enough of their material for some of it to stick.
