He is wrong unfortunately. Which country imposed sanctions on Israel?

[–] IAmNorRealTakeYourMeds@lemmy.world 1 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Spain just placed an embargo on military components that go to Israel, as well as considering all products from the west bank as illegal contraband.

wish it were bigger sanctions, but it's the bare minimum.

The west bank is not israel and israeli government is the one who built the settlements to begin with so they should be punished as hard as the settler terrorists

100% all Israel products should me considered contraband.

Its good that Spain is doing those sanctions, but it's barely the minimum.

At best it's is just complying with international law of the genocide convention.

Israel, in is current state deserves to be treated as North Korea.

Not many countries, but the hearts of most human beings did.

And how will this save Palestinians from complete annihilation?

[–] Armio2@lemmy.ml 2 points 3 months ago (1 children)

The more people in the world want this, the greater the force against Israel will become, imagine if everyone wanted this to the point that governments were scared to support Israel, that would be a whole different world.

A long as we keep voting for the same leaders who always support Israel and use smoke screen to try to convince us otherwise they win never do what they are required to do by international law in a case of a final solution cuba style sanctions and no selling or buying weapons from/to Israel . How many years can Palestinians survive when they is no sign of any cease fire and no real actions to force israel to do it ?

I agree with that, thats why it's important that people change their minds and change their votes. You are right about your second question too, we are on the same page on that.
