I'm almost ready for blue skies and sunshine. It's been about two weeks of moderately heavy rain. I quit emptying my rain gauge after we got 9" of rain. It's still continuing. The rain has mostly been falling in the rain shed so I'm grateful for that, but the same time a lot of my work is outside in the dirt running utlity lines and I'm about tired of never ending mud. I've been wearing muck boots and waders for a week it so bad.
OTOH, everything is so green and lovely. The roadsides have so many wildflower patches, the trees are going nuts with new growth.
