I’m a little sceptical on honey glazed salmon, I’d want to mix in some soy sauce or something to balance out the sweetness.
But you can just try a few mixes with the honey to see what profile you like then make a glaze out of it.
Mustard and honey goes well together on salmon.

I only really buy seed mustard, most mustards are too strong tasting for me.
That's what I've used in the past. It was good.
Try cedar plank salmon with just a honey glaze. Its really not as sweet as you think unless you go crazy with it.
A good bottle of soy sauce lasts a while, they probably already have some in the pantry. Or Maggi.
Plus toss some herbs on that salmon... good stuff.
Is this going to be another one of those "well-stocked pantry" sort of things?
