I think they'd be at least slightly bothered by Hypervisor being day-one, to the best of my knowledge, even if full cracks aren't. For those who're willing, it still allows games to be played at launch. I bet there are some firm words being exchanged in the C-suite recently, trying to pressure Denuvo into "getting it sorted".
