Posts should be manually submitted, not by bot. Link titles should not be editorialised.
Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.

Eh it’s a massive stuff up and the fault of the staff not confirming the grandparents identity at pick-up.
But the mum is reacting as if a stranger was able to walk in off the street and just take a child, when it’s very obviously the grandparent of an attending child and the issue was the mix-up not the grandfather being able to enter the building.

Yes, it could have been bad, but it wasn't. Someone who keeps bleating after they've had an apology and the promises of a full investigstion to make sure it doesn't happen again is usually someone who wants compo
