Asia or middle east or Russia?
You might be better off trying to find some effective nootropics (though seriously do your research, and accept that they basically wont be perfect replacements, but they may be better than nothing)
Modafinil, Saffron Extract, and Noopept are the three that I would say have been the closest to my actual ADHD meds for me (taken individually, not together).
Huperazine A, can also be useful for some people.
But yeah actual meds can are gold standard, Atomoxetine can be life changing for some people so don't right it off entirely, but it does suck that its expensive.
waow right russia, hmmm i think phenibut can help but assholes made it prescribtion but hopefully is simple prescribtion, it low toxicitity
logically it can increase dopamine activity
hmmmmm seeems like piracetam is w/o prescribtion but idk how good it is
i also take SSRI (sertraline) idk seems placebo for me, but there possibility that i get wkrse if get off basically psychomeds didnt help me at all (i was on lurasidone/valproate before, dumb psyches tried schizophrenia treatment because i trans, but hopefully i get out from this and IT A LOOOOOOOOT MUCH MORE BETTER), hrt is basically made me happy again and even feel better than in childhood, also did much better for ADHD stuff and social interactions, and EMOOOTIONS
