Stupid amounts of caffeine work for me to a degree, but that's neither sustainable, nor does it what other stimulants do.

Sertraline and Bupropion didn't really work for me. But your milage may vary.

isn't Sertraline an antidepressant?

sertraline shoudnt

bupropion can but lottery huuuuuuh, but https://novayagazeta.ru/articles/2020/02/21/84021-vo-vsem-mire-prinimayut-bupropion-v-rossii-net is insanely dangerous to order substances which banned

by logic russian FSB can mention it at customs then arrive to postal office "normally" then they will ask passport even on inside country packages - voala you get raped by govrenment

caffeine is interesting idea hehehe

Yeah sertraline was for my depression mostly, but getting meds for ADHD did more for my depression than sertraline.

Keep in mind that tolerance for caffeine builds relatively quickly, so it probably won't work for longer time frames.

At least not without breaks, where withdrawal might suck.

And don't overdose, do your research first.
