I'm not surprised. It is the reason why companies like SpaceX don't want to be dual use if they don't have to.

No one made SpaceX create Starshield, it was the $1.8B contract provided by Bidens government that made them want to do so. They are happy to participate in military affairs as that's where the big money is.
