Is there some website or app I can punch in what I’ve eaten over a few days or a week and find out how I’m doing nutritionally? (hexbear.net)

Would be nice to have an idea of like “hey you need more vitamin whatever you can get it by eating more such and such”.

Something that is free would be a huge bonus obviously, considering my broke ass

Yes there are many. What you have eaten, your weight, height etc are data highly valued by advertisers with which to make inferences about your personal insecurities, cravings etc to target.
