Yeah. It's like the difference between the psychopath who really isn't aware they're doing anything wrong, although the general reaction may indicate people don't like the behavior for some undefined reason, and sociopath, who fully understands what they're doing is wrong, and why, plays innocent while doing the wrong thing anyway. Gross overgeneralization with the sociopath/psychopath analogy.
