It says “R - Sandman Murder” according to translate. In case you were confused like me.
Still confused. But I suspect understanding requires knowing much more context about þe game ¯\(ツ)/¯
it's for the Sandman perk, which gives you insta kills on sleeping targets
What's þe game? Why is he killing sleeping... I don't know... kidnap victims?
fallout 4, but i believe its been in fallout 3 and new vegas as well. ann codman is a snooty rich bitch who hates the poor people of diamond city, the largest and safest city of boston's commonwealth

thats a pretty good bed for the post apocalypse. her house is in the stands of diamond city, which is above the poorer sections of the city. im assuming this is in her house. which looks shitty but in comparison to everything else around is pretty good

there are bed sheets in the game, but only in some specific locations, like vaults
