"It isn't racist to call a Native American a 'yank' because I'm ignorant about racism." You're telling me that you moderate a Norwegian community, talk a shit ton about Euro nations, but you think it doesn't make you look like a racist asshole to not know what is racist about trying to dunk on an indigenous person (who, again, you thought was just some other poor person) by calling them a term that identifies them with the occupying settler state that has committed genocide against their people.

Yeah dude, totally not a bloodthirsty chud.

Courtesy of Wikipedia.

Outside the United States, Yank is used informally to refer to a person or thing from the US. It has been especially popular in the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand where it may be used variously, either with an uncomplimentary overtone, endearingly, or cordially.[4]

Again with the Americentrism defaultism. You think that just because some people in your country use it as an insult or whatever, it must be true worldwide.

Would you like to explain how I was 'dunking' on an indigenous person when my statement was nothing more than explaining what Yankee means to the average non-American?

identifies them with the occupying settler state that has committed genocide against their people.

Dude, that's your internal history. What makes you think any non American gives a shit about it?
