So this Gulf Coast Coalition is just Oil companies?

Meaning that I would suspect that the intent on the US side is that Iran gives its oil fields to them in return for that theoretical 300 billion.

But this would be what, the third, maybe the fourth time the US and Iran have danced that dance?

The GCC all the Arab nations on the other side of the Persian gulf that got their shit rocked for hosting US bases. They are not in a position to make any demands.
