If you think ADHD is acquired by watching short videos then maybe go watch some long videos about it.

I do not think the medical diagnosis of ADHD is gonna come from short videos, probably should have said ADD not adhd

ADD is no longer used, it is called ADHD inattentive type nowadays. I have it. And I didn't get it from short form videos.

Short form videos are terrible for concentration and focus, yes. But ADHD (both hyperactive and inattentive varieties) involves much more than just "haha look a butterfly," and reducing it to simply that is absurd.
