What is that thing attached to the abdomen? It looks like a parasite
It's mostly known as a pollen basket or corbiculae. They're attached to their hind legs. Only female bees have them. They store pollen in them like little saddle bags that they bring back to the hive.
I've never heard of that before, very cool!
