If it is completely artificial then sure. The news here were about altering images of real children tho
Not to mentioned the model needs to be trained on something. It has no ability to create anything, it just mixes billions of pictures into a shit smoothie. Grok and many other models have been trained on child porn, and it wouldn't surprise me to hear that it was intentional.
