Clown performs on stage to enormous applause, but sees one guy in the center of the crowd who is morose.
Depressed Man: "Despite seeing the Great Clown Pagliacci, I am still as depressed as ever."
Great Clown: "Clowns aren't a medicalized form of treatment for depression. You should really see a doctor."
"But Pagliacci, I am a doctor!"
