What I really want is a Fallout that shows us how other countries are. With USA being rife with internal conflict and rivalries, I’d think the other nations are as wrecked as USA is, otherwise they would have conquered it already. Even the BoS would be no match against an intact state army.
Even a peek at the southern border would be great. Mexico is a war-neutral state, the bombs shouldn’t have wrecked it more than a hundred miles from the border.
Are there no survivors left in other countries? International radio communication is non-existent in the Fallout universe as far as I can recall.
