Anything that starts life as a sea can is going to be hard to make into a house insulated well enough for Canada.
YouTubers started the shipping container fad, but it's the wrong material and a wood frame is better and cheaper.
I looked into it once. Its Kore complicated than that. Wood on metal sweats and wicks, so then you gel mold. So you need to spray foam it also, making sure wood doesn't touch the spray foam. And so on.
