Not really. Its far fasr too often used against people who are not antisemitic such that anytime most people hear that word they'd have to do research on who's the on saying it in thee first place. Most people don't care to do that research and will just ignore the claims instead. This is what make it more and more meaningless. Its essentialy the story of the boy who cried wolf and now the world is as deaf to the claims as they've ever been.

In theory it still means something I guess.
