I tried it when it was first released, and it crashed just trying to leave the intro quest on the train. I'm waiting to try again until patches no longer require starting over with a new save.
Sounds like now would be a good time then. The initial crashes were fixed pretty quick and I was enjoying it quite a bit! Still on my list to get back to
This article says the new update/ DLC will require starting over. I'll wait until that's released.
