I congratulate this man and hope he'll find soon a new opportunity. In the West you can at least go free and look for another job. If you protest your company or government's genocidal policies in many other countries like in China or Russia, you are losing not only your job.

And he wasn't even protesting governmental genocidal policies, just surveillance policies.

The west is enabling and funding the genocide right now so it isn't the flex you think it is. It really does nothing to stop the actual "genocide". Remember what happened to Palestine action protestors?

So yes, Fuck the West, Russia, and China.
