MODERATORS
Why? Speed cameras are just speed bumbs to knock people down from unsafe speeds at critical sections usually.
Then just add speed bumps to residential areas

Just did, speed cameras are still good when applied correctly. They slow people down on specific sections of the highway if they're speeding, you can't do that with a speed bumbs.
I agree that in residential areas you should add speed bumps and traffic calming everywhere except for arterial roads.
