For things that are "hmmm".
Rule 1: All post titles except for meta posts should be just plain "hmmm" and nothing else, no emotes, no capitalisation, no extending it to "hmmmm" etc.

Plus covering up the plaster allows you to run HVAC and cables without breaking it
Lower ceiling = lower cooling and heating costs as well.
Higher ceiling with proper ventilation can reduce cooling costs dramatically. Of course it works just to a certain degree
