That's the laziest riding I've seen in a while
There was no reason to go any faster. He wasn't an immediate danger and they were just following him until he could be safely stopped. No need to escalate anything.

Yeah…. Nah. I used to race bikes and this lot are barely peddling lol
The speedometer shows ~8-10kmh
UK uses miles, so I guess mph, which is way faster.

But that's still only 16kmh, which is very slow for cycling
I saw a lot of twelves there, which is 19kmh. While dodging trash bins and trying not to kill anyone, this is a reasonable speed. Not for a competitive cyclist of course.
I think the video was doctored to be even slower....
