There is someone named Bryan Tyler Cohen who has enough notoriety to have a substack of fans who think he's a beefcake. We can guess that some rumors are circulating and this user has the community as their canary to gauge it. Best I can do from context

I think it's a substack specifically for fans of Bryan Tyler Cohen who are themselves beefcakes, or at least identify as such.
