I guess she has but she was hesitant to call Putin a war criminal when Mehdi Hasan asked her. It was only dats later she changed her tune.

Do you have a source? I've tried to look it up. But the fact is that she was hesitant to call Putin war criminal when asked but three days later she changed her mind.
