What the fuck is going on lately? Tucker Carlson is calling out republicans. Conservatives are protesting AI. Cats are marrying dogs! The world has gone weird.

Are we still sure that LHC didn't break something when they found the higgs boson? Like sure sure?

Nothing brings people together like war or tears them apart like peace. When it was all "go MAGA go" everyone was behind it. Now that they got there, all the infighting has started because they were never really united in the first place.

I'm not, personally. LHC high-energy collisions timeline:

• Start of Main Program (at 7 TeV): March 30, 2010
• Run 2 (Upgraded to 13 TeV): Started in 2015
• Run 3 (Upgraded to 13.6 TeV): Started in 2022

To me, these dates all track to changes in... things. That's probably crazy, I am probably just nuts. Which is lucky because:

• High-Luminosity (14 TeV with 10x collision capacity): 2030

I'm sure it will be fine.
