They can ban the website in the UK I guess. They can also try to impound any assets that 4chan has in the country but I doubt they have any. Besides that they can't do much else.

Here's the thing though, 4chan has blocked the UK, but they're still being harassed by Ofcom because VPN users can access the site. The British government is run by technologically illiterate idiots who when for not finding brand new ways to screw over transgender people, are trying to make websites and tech companies do things that aren't actually feasible.
