It's not just a Hololive thing; Vshojo was an outlier in that it's talents could maintain their identities when they left the company, but every other Vtubet agency does the same thing.

Embezzlement/fraud iirc. But it was small proportionally in total viewership:

The real comparison would probably be between corporate and independent vtubers overall.

Weird that VSPO is counted separately when it's a subsidiarity of BraveGroup, which manages or "manages" a lot of different vtuber orgs. They would be higher if all the orgs were counted together.

Also, they're starting to have their own fuckary now.
