Recently noticed Hindu/Diver pushups. I don't do them very often, but I like them a lot. Not sure if it is the range of motion or it being easier than regular pushups(pushing back straight from the bottom) for me

Been doing pilates for a couple years. Which moved to general calisthenics and mobility for exercise. Smitten. Haven't felt this good since my 20s and I'm nearly 50.

Taken 2 years.

Yeah, I'm using the FOSS app Feeel for morning calisthenics before I take a shower, and it's done me a lot of good. I'm 48.

+1 for callisthenics, and also approaching 50. Lots of fun and i can feel/ see the progress. Aiming for a planche by the end of this year.
