He's definitely got an irritating populist streak.

I'm not sure I agree about health care being worse since he took over, but then I haven't seen the metrics. I do think they're trying to make headway, but it's a tall task.

That's fair, I've seen some concerning headlines recently about emergency hospitals in Winnipeg, but I agree it's a difficult task, and some steps have been taken.
