Obviously you can't do that, there no such thing as ethical consumption under capitalism. Regardless, there are choices you can make. I have never will never eat a a Chick filet, for example. You have to have SOME line

Yes yes yes, simply read the comment you replied to and you will see that I say exactly that. Just because you can't consume ethically under capitalism, doesn't mean that you should just say "Fuck it" and do whatever.

This feels like when people are like, "Oh, vegetarian sounds good, but I could never. I simply love bacon too much" and then I inevitably say, "Okay, so why don't you try vegetarian+bacon then?"

Ethics aren't binary.
