Every single consideration in each column is about the effect on business owners, not about the effect on the average person.

Capitalism:

Free market for business owners

Rewards business owner success

Private property for business owners

Individual freedom for business owners

Socialism:

Controlled market for business owners

Punishes successful business owners(bullshit tbh)

Rewards laziness(this is just the standard claim that anyone on benefits is lazy and doesn't need them)

Government controls businesses

High taxes on business owners

Communism:

No private property for business owners

Business owners have no rights

Promotes corruption when the business owners try to find another way to get rich through abusing their positions

Business owners can not be successful

It's not exactly lying all that much. But it's doing a quite typical thing that supporters of capitalism do where the "freedom" they talk about isn't about the average person, but about the freedom of their class. They do not consider anyone outside their class to be "people", they are units of labour to be exploited.

If you added onto this chart all the things that each system does for the average person? Things would look very different.

More or less all pro-capitalist propaganda only speaks about the effects on the bourgeoisie, and when they speak of "people" they are always leaving out the average person from their definition of people.

It's not lying that much, but it sure as hell relies on a lot of preconceived biases for and against each point that insinuates benefits without expressly backing any of them up with facts.
