This is the first time I'm experiencing downtime for this instance, so I appreciate that a lot. Is anyone else currently experiencing troubles? Anyone know what is going on?

Yeah, I feel like most users don't know about the Matrix instance.

True, although recently there have been issues affecting only the default frontend, with alternate frontends like tesh.itjust.works and mobile apps being unaffected.
