So stupid.

We've all run red lights. No one was going to hold this loser's feet to the fire if he just paid the ticket.

If he was going to be corrupt and abuse his power he should have done it for something less forgiveable. Fucking moron. Just shows how corrupt he is. Willing to be corrupt for literally anything.
