Also I definitely second lifting, endurance training as well for me. I guess probably moving your body in general helps.

That's a helluva thing to lay on a child. Expecting them to be the savior of all the broken and the damned; to defeat the demons, all the non-believers, and all the plans that they have made. I'd have a panic attack if my dad told me that shit.
