goddamn, it kinda seemed cool but building new shit and amenities does tend to gentrify since we don't have things like rent control in most places.

I love comparing Obama to Trump.

Trump says "Fuck you. I'll do what I want."

Obama spends an 10 minutes bloviating about stuff like "potential of the human spirit" but eventually he effectively says "fuck you" too.
