It’s funny, the same people who will beat you over the head that “respect is earned, not owed.” are the people who think FORGIVENESS is owed and not earned, and get angry that the people who have been wronged won’t forgive them for something they’re not even sorry for.
Like at least fucking apologize, and admit what you did or said was wrong.
