This really lends credence to the "theory" that democrats intentionally run shit ass candidates on purpose to lose. They got a double whammy with this guy being the "progressive left" and claming to be a communist. More ammo for the "extremes are just bad, we should only run liberals to the right of Reagan."

How fucking low does the bar need to be here? Not having a prominently placed Nazi chest tattoo should be an absurdly low bar to clear. Not in Amerikkka I suppose.

I mean, aren't the Dems mostly running the other old lady, Janet Mills? This is a Berniecrat, the kind of person the Dems hate. I bet they're loving this chance to knock the "progressives" down a peg lol.

Oh yeah good point. Pretty much everything I know about this guy I've learned from here over the past few days. Maine is one of those states that I forget even exists.

Still though, you're right, it's not a good look for the "progressive left" and I'm sure the Democrat machine is loving it.
