sounds like a job for foss AI. I'm sure a ToS specific model running on a CPU would be more than enough. I think that's what Pegasus does and I'm sure there are more. copy and paste, get a ELI5, then decide.
edit: I bet someone could flimflam it into a browser extension.
The reading isn't the issue. It's the fact that it would become standard to force customers to get surveillance consent for access to FOOD
