Really not to mention this weird love for technology, like you can see people praise chinese smartphones like Huawei, Xiaomi, etc, same for other things like they're still under the logic of capitalism if there really was that much of a people centered governance then graphene batteries which don't go bad would have been researched and implemented. No place is 100% people centered under the global capitalist regime so how can someone praise one policy without being critical at all? Like Facebook can be state owned in China for all I care and will it be good if people's lives and relationships are reduced to algorithms? So many people want to be like 'I am done and now someone else will think for me'
far to many people percieve politics as something akin to team sport. to them, there are no good or bad actions, only good or bad teams.
Really someone did say "we shouldn't talk about good and bad things, only who controls them"
What good are good things without bad things?
Idk in all honesty
