Bring back dumb phones
let the mobileks get dumber so the content creators can get smarter
Landlines
You would need to make them dumber/more controlled. A dumb phone with unlimited texting is still going to be a distraction.
Maybe spamming children should be illegal
I'm talking about kids texting each other.
