This action is specifically allowed under the Sustenance and Home Act of Reclamation and Keystone Species (SHARKS) of 1818 as proposed by Shark Whalington and ratified by the first North Atlantic Regional Wet and Humid Alliance Legislature (NARWHAL).

JELLYFISH (Joint Eurasian League Lesser Yahoo's Front Ichtyological Society and Hagioscopists) doesn't see that reading in the law and won't stand for it

If they do, I wonder if they know any bird lawyers. I imagine the animal law field is a pretty small community

I knew one guy, but he lost most of his clients after marketing a drink with raw crow eggs as the main ingredient.
