Ahh, words are tough for you. If you can't understand one simple English sentence than it makes sense for you to not bother reading lots of words.

In the sentence "I’m sorry that someone taking the time to type out a thoughtful response is such a bother for you" the word "bother" is being used as a noun. The meaning of the sentence was that you found my long comment to be a thing that would require effort or work to read. It was a sarcastic fake apology making fun of you for being on a mainly text based social discussion platform and considering just a few paragraphs of text something that would take you too much effort for you to bother to actually read them.

For it to mean you were bothered as in annoyed, as you thought, we would be using "bother" as a verb.

Maybe take some classes? Learning is good, yo. Reading is fundamental.
